Billing

RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS - RESERVATION CONFIRMATION EMAILS MAY BE RECIEVED ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL A KTC REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRMS THE SERVICE WITH THE BOOKING CONTACT. PAYMENTS- PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED AT TIME OF RESERVATION BEING CONFIRMED WITH THE CREDIT CARD SUPPLIED.

Cancellations

1. Full refund if cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance

2. Full house credit only if cancellation is made between 24 hours – 7 days in advance

3. No refund if cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance

Car seats are provided free of charge. Please specify your needs at time of booking.

Smoking

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the vehicle.
